Dropshipping Terms

  1. Shipping Label: The dropshipper is responsible for generating and providing the shipping label.
  2. Payment Terms: Full payment for each product must be made in advance before dispatch.
  3. Return to Origin (RTO) Handling:
    • RTO products must be resold by the dropshipper.
    • Alternatively, RTOs can be sent to the dropshipper’s location.
    • If we handle RTOs, we will inspect, repackage, and reuse them in future orders.
    •  A packaging fee will be charged again for dispatching RTO orders.
  4. Packaging & Service Charges: A fee of ₹20 per unit (including GST) applies for packaging and service.
  5. Shipping Label Requirements: The dropshipper’s contact details, including name, phone number, and email ID, must be printed on the shipping label.
  6. Return & Refund Policy: Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted if the customer is dissatisfied with the product for any reason.
  7. Shipping Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. Any claims must be processed directly with the courier service.
  8. Dispatch Policy: Orders will be dispatched the same day if shipping labels are received in the morning.
